We are blessed to live on the beautiful Central Coast with access to many pristine beaches, bush walks and spots to regenerate your soul.
Half an hour is all you need to make a difference. Breathing in the salty air clears the lungs and the mind.
A gentle walk on the beach gets the blood moving and helps shift the toxins.
The fresh air, rustling leaves and calls of the birds on many of our hiking tracks can help you relax and let go of the rushing thoughts in your mind and ease the tension from your body.
Diving under the waves into the silence of the ocean gives you peace from the rush and noise of everyday life.
Exercise is well recognised and strongly recommended as a great treatment and management of stress and anxiety.
